Do you ever go out to eat by yourself in the middle of the night?

So I'm bored here, ATOT is a bit slow, I'm not tired at all, and I'm getting pretty hungry. I'll probably go to either Taco Cabana or McDonald's in a little while - I don't know what else is open 24 hours (well, except for the grocery store).

Am I just weird or do other people do this too?

I did it once or twice after I got my first car. It was thrilling. Nowadays, I make a sandwich at home -- it's much less trouble and much faster.

I do it a lot because I just started living by myself, and don't have the buildup of food that used to be at my parents house. For example, I have no ketchup and mustard so I'm not going to buy hot dogs, and I haven't done my dishes for 3 months so I'm not going to fry up an omlet. In fact I think my frying pan was so dirty I just threw it away. This forces me into a situation where fast food is usually my only option, and for those lazy mornings I have hot pockets as the backup plan.

I think I would puke all day if I had Hot Pockets for Breakfast.

Used to, years ago, but I'd go to a place where I could sit for an extended period of time. I'd bring a stack of printouts of code to analyze and try to figure out what was going wrong in its depths. Sometimes the change of environment helped.

No. But if I might go out to the street corner and deal some nickels or dimes. Packing dual hand cannons just in case anybody tries any funny business. If I'm not going out, I make myself some honey turkey or roast beef manwiches. Yum.

I used to do it all the time at college... 1 AM trips to Wendy's or Arby's. Occasionally one of my room mates would go with me. I never ate there though, always brought it back to the dorm.
