I'm starting to see trends here that basically make me think that there are a handful of AT members who piss and moan about everything. Now that I am reading (neffing) more cause of summer, I'm beginning to see it. Said members in question seem to bitch in every thread, regardless of the topic, without ever having anything remotely positive (or relevant, for that matter) to say about anything.

Am I the last one to realize this?

I have actually noticed this quite alot, I saw it more as one person making a negative comment and a whole hord of people joining in and agreeing w/ the negative.

I've lurked on here for a while and I've noticed it as well. Can you do anything about it? Unfortunately, probably not. There's always going to be a few rotten apples, no matter how modded the forum is.

If you really want to see how bad it CAN get, try the Penny Arcade forums. Jesus, negativity is de rigueur over there. Post ANYTHING at all, your monitor practically melts from the hostility of the replies.

I have felt that because even if people have nothing to say about the topic they just yell at others for it being a useless thread instead of just hitting back on their browser...if they think the thread is so lame, why waste their time posting in it?

Bah. I say ignore those kind of people. Nothing better to do than sit on ATOT and post negative crap and b1tch about things? Sad, really. Ignore them and maybe they'll go away, if not, oh well, they're still being ignored. :)

Good call on that one...I think people who do such should be banned, because they don't help anyone by posting things such as "stop posting" now obviously if someone keeps making retarded threads then they should be told, but there doesnt have to be 15 people telling them that they are stupid...so thats all i have to say
