No but I have done in the past when I was a feckless youth and would read on the toilet as well.

Sometimes, if I felt a large one brewing, I would make a sandwich and have lunch in there whilst reading whatever book I was partway through.

Pins and needles was a real problem back then.

I will not lie, one time when I was 7 years old I was eating a bowl of spaghetti with meatballs, and half way through I suddenly had to go diarrhea, I took the bowl of spaghetti in the bathroom with me and finished it while liquid shit exploding out of my ass. It wasn't until I was finished that I realized how disgusting that was. First and last time.
