I think im bipolar as sometimes after seeing so many heart attacks at work I eat salad and fruit all week and limit red meat. Sometimes I just say eff it, surviving is for dinosaurs.

A bit of both. I generally eat healthy during the week, but on the weekend I tend to eat out and drink more.

I love to eat, food is one of the great pleasures of life. So I indulge and exercise to compensate. Who the hell wants to live to be 100 if it involves tofu and salad? I'll take bacon and ice cream and check out at 70 like nature intends.

Heh, yep, I agree with this. I workout around five days a week to combat getting fat, especially as I get older. :\

I'm all about the carnal pleasures. I eat every meal as though it might be my last.

Making some germinated brown rice right now should be delicious. I had been soaking it over 2 nights now. YUM!

Same. I've got lots of fruit in my linner bag, lean meat sandwich, and some soup. Don't even drink pop at work any more. Just tea or water. Weekends it's pop, beer, various man food.

Not a pop guy myself (I just don't find it very pleasurable and don't see the point of it), I drink alcohol instead, but again pretty much only on the weekends.

Tasty food IS healthy food if you're physically active.

Maybe a vegan diet is a good way to keep from getting fat if all you do is watch TV, but if you're hiking, biking, climbing, playing sports etc. you really want that delicious meat and carbs.

People get unhealthy because they eat bad food or the wrong amount of food, not because they eat good food.

I see other people already mentioned the pop angle. Great example. It really does taste like crap, and is horrible for you (possibly even worse in the Diet varieties), but people drink it like it's the elixir of the gods.

I love eating food, but I despise cooking (I don't cook at all). As far as health goes, I don't eat as healthy as one should, but I have a pretty fast metabolism, so I can pretty much eat anything and not gain an ounce.

I feel like I should check options 1, 2, and 4.

"I enjoy my food without regard to health": I don't much bother about "health food" as long as it tastes good and feels good.

"I eat grass all day, every day.": I'm addicted to Frosted Mini Wheats. So this is also true. This is at least half the reason I'm not overweight.

"I pig out only on special occasions": I get heartburn if I overeat at one sitting. So this is also true.

My food budget is unlimited. I eat whatever I want. I figure we're all going to die, and I enjoy eating. So I eat what I enjoy without worrying about costs or health effects.

To be honest I love veggies and Mom never had issues getting me to eat them, even as I kid I'd munch on carrots like they were going out of style. That being said, I'll pig out on bacon and pancakes, or bacon pancakes when I get the chance. Sadly I now have to watch what I eat due to blood sugar being all wonky these days, like if I eat crap (too much sugar/carbs) before I got to bed I'll be a zombie the next day.

I own a juicer and use it regularly, fun to use and pretty dang tasty once you learn what flavors blend. But I'll still sear a steak every now and then, just to keep it balanced. :p
