It is a meat that cannot be overdone and must be served medium-rare to be appreciated.

rosemary and mint jelly doesn't hurt either.

seasonings, sauce, how long you marinate, if you bbq or put it in oven/grill/spit all make a difference

I guess that's the taste of lamb and I don't like it.
