Crum! The only Bentley they carry for the Passat is the $99.95 Volkswagen Passat Official CD-ROM Factory Repair Manual: 1995-1997. At least I had hope for a bit.

SO what exactly is in this manuel? I have a 99 jetta and loves it!

Does it cover just the engine? or is it the COMPLETE car (body, audio, electronics, etc...)

When I had to do some bit of work to my dad's pickup, I went to the local library and borrowed the car books they had there for free. They pretty much had every model/year and you can search the catalog, place a reserve, and have an edition sent to your local library if it doesn't have the book you need.

It covers everything. The complete car. It is a must have for anyone who plans on owning thei vehicle for any length of time! And with you and your whopping 24k warranty...I recommend it

Argh, the deal seems to be over...(probably awhile back too). The reason I passed on it when this first came out was because I couldn't afford it at the time, but I reaaallly would like to get it now. Anybody know if any similar deals are out there for a VW manual?
