My computer turns itself on at 3:15PM, I usually get home a couple minutes later and often watch it as windows explorer finishes loading. I usually turn it off when I go to work if I'm DLing something, or when I go to bed if I'm not.

Downloading large files on 26.4k dialup is an excersize in patience.
