Unfortunately we don't purchase high volume of machines so it wouldn't be worth it to set it up. We do about 20 PCs a year with 50 employees.
I do one a year and it is worth it. Nothing like being able to just put a DVD in the drive and walk away. Ghost is even better.
We don't even need to get up from our desks. We have Raritan IP Reach which grants us KVM access to any host in the hub rooms from the comfort of our own desks. Keep in mind that this is not the same as remote desktop. Afterwards, we just PXE to a ghost image server.
