Do you dispense TP from the top or bottom?

I prefer the bottom btu in our house, the dispenser is so close to the toilet that if it came out the bottom it'd be basically under your leg. SO we have to have it come out the top...
 
over the top like a waterfall. that way i can find the starting sheet, and its harder to keep rolling if i pull too hard.
 
Repost. Find the old one. It had a great diagram for the proper way.

Believe it or not, there was a study done for businesses so they'd know the best way to install it in public restrooms (I've forgotten which way was best) - the goal was to minimize the amount used per customer. It was published in one of the restaurant trade magazines.

yeah wow, what is with the OCD around here, why would you care the least bit? Pretty sad if that's the biggest thing in your life to worry about.
