Do you chew gum after eating?

Mmmm... sugarless gum w/ xylitol. Since I can't really brush my teeth after lunch, I've started chewing gum after eating. This new Trident Minty Sweet Twist is pretty yummy.

I brush my teeth after breakfast at the office, and after lunch I chew gum because I'm too lazy to brush again

xylitol is great for reducing plaque.
