Do you check the box that says [ ] Alcohol on forms?

When you go to the doctor, dentist, or fill out any other of the numerous paper applications that ask if you drink any alcohol. Do you check the box?

I'm assuming most of you drink casually, a beer here or there, some wine, go out to a bar every once in a while, etc.

I answer honestly. No reason to hide that I drink on occasion.

of course, why would I lie to my doctor?

she's touched my balls and had her finger up my ass... in terms of embarrassing things, saying that I enjoy a glass of wine with dinner is pretty far down on the list.

yeah not sure why you'd lie about your health to someone whose entire job is to keep you healthy.
