i do. the "federalist papers" werent decentralist and they contained many lies in the them... mainly the judiciary being the weakest branch of the govt and the powers reserved to the States would be numerous and indefinite.
then madison wrote a bunch of other non-sense that i doubt he really believed like the "if men were angels..." argument, the "tyranny of the majority", and that the proposed constitution could guarantee majority rule with minority rights.
most of them were written by a man who favored one nation, one leader, and one people (fascism), which is made evident through his support for making everything regular through the State bureaucracy and even the tax code, his support for keeping new ideas out through high tariffs, his support for monopoly on ideas (IP), and his support for inflation and a national debt (the nazis didnt nullify the debts of the weimar republic because they were lincolnian). he also was into legislated personal behavior. he was the first to propose bailouts when he unified the debts of all the states into one debt. he supported the right of the State (the elites) to act in secret which allowed for false flags (as of which would've been carried out in the 1780s had he not had an excuse and lies to use against the Shaysites).
Washington was the tool the Fascists wanted to use to connect the people, with force when deemed necessary by the elites, into one nation under himself... and it worked.
even though the "Fascist Propaganda" actually didnt fool a damn soul as 91% initially disapproved of the Constitution, it was ratified anyway, started an empire, the empire grew, and truth became treason within it.
so how can anyone say that there is tyranny of the majority when the State Elites act in Secret to trick the fuck out of people? look at mcaulliffe and his history for fucks' sake... it's actually kucinelli who is closer to being a populist yet the new world order has the virginia ruins zone of the Empire election system rigged so that there is no run-off and so that the majority is stuck with someone who would only be favored by a minority.
then to further set mcauliffe's power and hillary clinton's power in stone, the executive State gets special protections so that it keeps its power... you have a difficult time taking the lives of our rulers (most of them would be outlaws if there was decentralism) and if you actually wind up doing it, you'll get punished far worse than what you would get if you took the life of someone who had never enforced aggression.
the conclusions any reasonable person would make is that our rulers dont care about us and your vote will never count in an empire where truth is treason.
