I've found that the trick is to just be the leader. For example, if I want to go bowling, I'll tell all my friends, "We're going bowling at 9 at These Lanes." Usually it works out pretty well.

depends. usually someone sends out a mass text or email seeing what everyone is doing on any given night and things evolve from there.

I'm one of those indecisive retards =P If I'm free, I'm always willing to go chill, but I rarely have anything specific in mind...so I wait for someone to call me.

I dont hang out. I do stuff with people, and that requires planning & organization, but we never hang out.
Am too old for that and it wasnt any fun when I was young.

Ditto. I'm almost always the one to set stuff up and make calls/texts. If I know far enough in advance, I'll make a Facebook event. Otherwise, I just send out a mass text to people.
