Do you breathe properly?

Since my daughter has been having another bout with panic attacks lately, this time involving severe breathing problems, I began looking into that aspect and came across this. I can usually get her calmed down in less than 5 minutes by having her focusing on her breathing. Going to work on daily breathing exercises and maybe even delve into meditation with her and see if that doesn't prevent the attacks from happening at all.

I wonder how many of us don't breathe right?

I'm lucky to be able to breathe at all since parts of my lungs don't work.

I've gotta be careful. I've gotten lightheaded and passed out from laughing hard before.

it says I have UDB - Unbalanced Dysfunctional Breathing just because I could only count to 90 on a single exhale. Interesting.

The page is the typical scam. You take a long, drawn out test, and at the end they want you to give them your info before they give you the answers. Since you just got done spending all that time on the test you're more likely to give them your email address, which they'll harvest and sell.

It's in the company's best interest to say that you have UDB.

Do you ask your barber if he thinks you need a haircut? Do you ask a car salesman if he thinks you need a new car? What did you think that a page that sells breathing equipment was going to say?
