I would just like to know if you personally believe there is a GOD

Doesn't matter which religion. So basically, are you religious?

Please feel free to bump this

Also, Try just answering with a yes or no. No explanation is required.

Add an agnostic option for the "don't know, don't care" types like myself.

I don't know it if I would call it a God, but there is some being which keeps some of us from doing bad things and gives us encouragement for pressing on for a better life. However, this could be a simple belief that just gets passed between people and gets labeled as religion.

Which is bullsh!t. They aren't 'coming to their senses' and realizing their is a God and they've been denying it all this time, they are just looking for a cop-out so they can think their existance isn't ending.

I DONT KNOW

So many questions about life boil down to this question, and it would be pretty damn sad if there wasn't one.

If by God you mean "a being who controls our lines and who created the universe", then no, I don't. If by God you mean "Everything that has ever existed, life, the universe, and everything", then yes, I do believe in God.

Same idea. They aren't becoming 'true believers', they are looking for a cop-out.

I'm not saying there ISN'T one, as posted above I'm agnostic not atheist. Its those 'death bed believers' that are bullsh!t.

I believe the latter. I believe he gave us free will, he does not control our lives

(Must say "I believe" in order to not make it sound like if i'm preaching)

You don't believe the latter in the way I intended it, because you referred to God as "he". The way I see it, the entire universe is "God", as in it is one entity, everything is bound, we are all part of "God", it was always existed in some form, etc... however you want to see it.

from what a friend of mine keeps telling me, God is genderless. I still have issues with that. but that's a whole entire debate.

Naa, they're hoping their existance won't end when they die. No one who's been agnostic all their lives is going to suddenly change their entire belief system. They're dieing, they're scared. Sorry, but that's it.

Oh, and no, there is no god :)

Don't know, don't care.

And for those that suddenly beg to whoever at the last moments of life, it cant hurt can it? I figure that if there is an All loving God, he wont give a fvck whether or not I give a fvck about him or his buddies.
