Do you believe nothing is impossible?

We can reiterate on key points later, but I think it's best to just start off with the question; Do you?

Edit: I don't think I'm ever going to post again. I like my post count :)

I've been trying to crossbreed an ATOT user and a clue for years now, all the patients suffer immediate rejection. Alas, my efforts are all for naught. :(

It's impossible.

Lots of things are impossible and lots just seem impossible because we have not done them yet. Sadly, there's no way to know which is which. For example, it's likely possible to create a method of travel that takes you New York to London in 16 minutes. It might be a long way off, but it's possible. But it's 100% impossible to start a thread here that's a repost without the repost narcs jumping all over it in an attempt to give meaning to their sad little lives.

Technically, Quantum Physics says that there are no impossibilities, only probabilities that are so small as to be virtual impossibilities.

Quantum physics is based on a lot of bad premises and shaky guesses. For every point that is sort of supported by science there are dozens more that are nothing more dreams that the dreamers wants to believe. It's a greatly untapped science and it's going to produce some remarkable breakthroughs, but so much of it reads like Dianetics that it's hard to take it seriously.

That's a bullsh*t phoney line of crap fed to people with self-esteem issues. There are far more things impossible than those possible. Britney spears will never win jeopardy. I can't turn things to gold by touching them, etc.

Proof by contradiction:

Assume there was nothing impossible.
If nothing was impossible, it would be impossible to name something impossible.
A contradiction.
Therefore, the assumption was false. There exists at least one thing that is impossible.

Well, it says that there is a statistically infinitesimal possibility that every time you twitch your nose those things would appear out of thin air, yes. Problem is that the probabilities are so small that they are essentially inconceiveable to the human mind. Something like one over infinity.

Actualy i think the general population of anand has rebelled and started a bloody revolution over the repost police. Most of the repost comments i have seen are more like "repost but im not complaining the original title was stuipid"

Instead of before where people tried to act like they were special becuase they could find old threads.

Viva la revolutiona

Sure, in our universe, under our set of logical precepts. There might be other universes where things that are logical contradictions to us are mundane.

Nothing is impossible. As far as we know, there is always something, so therefor nothing is indeed impossible. Both in the sense that "anything is possible" and that "nothing is impossible", since that nothing obviously isn't and can't be.
If nothing were possible, then it would have happened.
