ah yes, irrefutable evidence from wiretapping. and we were also told that the US had concrete evidence of al-qaeda and iraq link (in addition to WMD) before bombing the hell outta iraq. i'd take these claims with a grain-o-salt.

Topic Summary: Pervez Musharraf government says "it was Al Qaeda"

You're all entitled to your opinions, but I believe no one, especially on this continent, has enough info to do anything more than speculate about who did it. It will be some time before we know who was behind it, if ever.

Then you do not mind me saying that the news i posted (before i should have) have been confirmed three times and one time by tape?

It was teh Taliban and no sane man would expect anything but them.

It's not opinion anymore.

We really need to eradicate them and i for one, for some reason, would like you to understand that.

They are few and they are evil.

So you have an inside source to inaccurate news. Hell I can get that from fox.

I do, i returned from Afghanistan in late November, i have not one but several sources that confirmed the Taliban involvement within five minutes of the news.

But you go ahead and believe whatever you like.

See, punkarses running around doesn't matter much to me until they get in my way.

Don't get in my way.

Latest news, Ron Paul supporters refuse to believe in what Al Quaida have admitted and what three independent security agencies have admitted without any coopertation, they are still convinced that Bush and all candidates but Ron Paul did it.

IOW, they, much like Ron Paul are to be regarded as humm humms, (left door to the right, down the stairs, one in each cell).

*shakes head* Bhutto was Musharraf's ticket to holding onto power, albeit in a limited form. That ticket is now dead. He had nothing to gain from this.

Hey now, I'm an RP supporter but I'm definitely of the belief that AQ was behind this.....:p

I don't mind you saying it, but I have no reason to take your word for it. As others have pointed out, Musharraf had plenty of motive, and a long history of dealing with his political opponents as only a military dictator can. Let's see...
  • How many DAYS has it been since he lifted the state of emergency?
  • How many judges did he remove from the Pakistani Supreme Court because they would have ruled against his bid to run for President while still head of their army?
  • How many others were jailed under his orders so he could hold onto power?
It's not opinion anymore.

I agree that the Taliban and Al Qaeda are the most likely suspects, but based on what's really known, I wouldn't dignify what you posted as being up to the standards of a decent opinion, let alone a supportable statement of fact. Do you have some secret inside source?

I'm SAS, do you think i have an inside source?

I reported who did it before it was in the news (which was extremely stupid) and all.

Would you trust me if i told you the entire story?

I know you are a big man with a LOT of passion, you know i respect the sheit out of you, you know that i'd even be prepared to salute you .

I know my shit, i've lived through it, i'v fought and died, lived again and this time i'm not really living but i am at home, don't fuck around with me, i'm not going to do much but words tonight.

And i have someone i need to call, so if a reply takes longer then you'll know what is up.

BINGO, she was to be Prime Minister and he was to be President (and the ruler of the military) and as he'd step down he had already gotten the laws approved to let him take over the military as President.

It makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE for Musharaff to kill her.

What we know and do not need to speculate about is that others did.

Now please, who wins, who has taken responsibility....

YOU are an RP supporter?

And i had such high hopes for your stances, unfortunatnly they all go directly against what RP thinks.

Tell me, how do you deal with voting for someone with completely opposite stances from yours?

I haven't seen any fact pointing to AQ other then the word of Musharraf and this small new agency claiming someone called them. The only fact I know for certain is that there was an attempt on Ms. Bhutto's life back in October that killed 160+ people, and there wasn't any investigation, no arrest, and no increase in security.

Eh, his stances aren't COMPLETELY opposite, but I do disagree with him on a number of issues. But, like I said in another thread, we need a change, and he is the only candidate that will bring about change. The rest of the candidates are just more of the same.

That is to be expected by cocksuckers who would rather blame it on the people rather than on the ones who took the blame.

We saw a lot of that in Kosovo and Afghanistan too, dipshits like you who speculated.

What makes you think you have the expertise required to speculate?

I'm going to tell you to FOAD in a corner because the fight you want, the fight about christianity vs islam, is not going to happen.

You can ask anyone with any kind of military authority here and we'll all tell you the same thing.

It's not right and we trust the m as much as we do our own agencies, ask Palehorse, he knows more of this shit than i do.

Oh noes I can't speculate on a random internet forum.

I want a fight about christianity vs islam? I do? Taking too much opium in Afghanistan eh?

Ridicule is the last effort for those who have lost the debate.

I love the opium/Afghanistan thing though because you'll be paying 300x the price that i will when i need it, why? well, we don't go by what the highest offer is in England, we have a socialist healthcare that per capita is actually payed only by taxes, mucho taxes you think, but still, you pay twice as much as we do for a healthcare that is not socialiced.

Corporatism or Communism, same thing and the rest or the world doesn't want anything to do with it.

JohnOfSheffield......most of these people probably don't even know what the SAS is....Special Air Service....and I bet they don't even understand what it is if they do know. You are wasting your time around this place unless you have posts full of speculation and conjecture.

Well, i'm at home now, and there are good people around here, Maluckey, and Palehorse, and those who have formerly served.

I don't mind the disrespect, they do not know me.

I'd rather not speculate and i have a hard time even posting what i do know since i have to find a news source before i can post it, which sometimes takes me weeks and most of the time i just forget it.

But when it comes to things like who we are and why we do what we do.

They are sending more in, i wish, man, you do not know how dearly i wish i could bring my men into this, this needs to be finished and we were amongst those who started it, chances are that if you ever been to Bagram or Kabul to stay for more than two days you have seen us leaving or coming back, we're the ones with all the yellow shit on.

If we don't fix this now, it's not going to ever be fixable.

The fact is anyone who has any personal experience with that part of the world knew right away who would most likely be blamed and who it most likely was. Many people made threats only a few has the resources to follow through, so your predictions were not surprising, nor even intuitive but only common sense. With that said when you look at the precautions that were disregarded as part of her movements the chance of a few inside sympathizers aiding them in there cause is not so far fecthed. Since you seem so well versed in this entire subject I won't waste my time labelling everything that was left out of her security detail. Military experience or knowledge does not mean you are a god at foreign affairs nor does it mean you understand international politics, if that was the case every military dictatorship would be the superior government that they are not. Yes, it was obvious from the start who did this for anyone with any real knowledge of that area, yes it was not surprising that it was done, yes the fact that certain key parts of a security detail that could have prevented something this amateurish from happening were not present does raise questions.

As much as you think you are gods gifts to the forums you are not, the fact that you served means nothing to most people, and even less to those of us who are near these areas most of the time, as much as you think your opinion is the only one, it is not. For a majority of the P&N forums this is a pissing match between people, but also a good number of us do in fact have experience with other parts of the world, parts that from time to time are hotspots and this is another spin to P&N we get a benefit from, you though posting the same crap you have been for a while is contributing nothing to any of the discussions at all.

I seriously doubt that, if not for the fact your spelling and grammar is so atrocious than for the fact that if you are and typed that you broke the NDA agreement you need to sign when you enlist to SAS.
