Do you believe in love at first sight?

My friend and I were discussing this one day, and I said no. I think you have to know someone to truly fall in love with them, otherwise, its just a very intense attraction. He says I am a negative person in how I think, and that love at first sight is real.

But how do you love someone you don't really know? Ideas?

With my girlfriend and I, it wasn't exactly love at first sight, but it was close. We were dating within 24 hours of meeting eachother.. And nobody even popped the question, it just happened.. lol

Exactly, thats how I see it. I think it CAN become love quickly, once you start to get to know someone. But lust can do funny things to the heart (and other areas of the body ) and make you think you feel differently than you do. Thats why I always wait and see before jumping in the sack with someone.

Two people can be equally and simultaneously physically attracted to each other. I have had it happen. Not bragging, but some of the best sex I have ever had was with a woman that I met at a business function...and we just tore each other up.
