Huh?? You have to move the mouse down to the bottom of the screen anyway to go to a different task bar button, so what's the big deal. You might as well have it hidden while you're not using it.

Alt-Tab....my mouse NEVER goes to my taskbar. Windows key for the start menu. Alt-Space for minimizing/maximizing, Tab/Shift-Tab for moving around in doument. F4 to go to a different website in IE. I don't have a mouse.

Yep... It's amazing how many don't know the secret power of alt-tab.

Ahh but those who are really 1337 use ALt-Shift-Tab as well

Or Ctrl+Alt+Del
