Do you answer receipt surveys?

Ok so I've had to pinch pennies for a while now and have become very price conscious. "Its stupid to overpay" seems like common sense but people do it anyway.

So I went to ARBYs the other day and a basic roast beef sandwich was $2.59. I thought that was overpriced compared to value offerings from other fast food restaurants. I found a coupon online for a Beef 'N Cheddar for $1.99. I get the food, save some money but notice the receipt has a survey. If you answer the 5 minute survey you get a FREE regular roast beef or another Beef 'N Cheddar! I even signed up for the Arbys email and got a coupon for a free chicken and bacon sandwich with fries and drink purhcase. The moral of this story is, with a little effort you can eat for free too. 🙂

Do you answer store surveys for cash and prizes?

I did for a free frosty

Considering some are online and so easy these days... why not?

I don't do the ones that make you buy a bunch of stuff to get a meal (like buy drink + fries to get sandwich)

Sometimes. BK has had that one for a free Whopper or chicken sandwich for a couple years now. Famous Dave's gives you a free dessert.

I do sometimes. Get a free drink for doing the Starbucks ones, so I always do them.

When i bought my house I entered into EVERY home depot one I recieved, must've been a few hundred..never got anything 🙁

I don't generally do them because most of them expire so quickly, and I dont regularly visit a lot of places.

Just got through eating my free Beef 'N Cheddar. I found a receipt from Jack in the Box in my car from last night. Time to enter to win $10,000 !

Sometimes. I used to more.

On a side note, I happily receive "free" $25 gamestop giftcards fairly regularly for doing surveys online. It's fun really screwing with market research sometimes... "Yes, I am interested in feminine hygiene products... just ignore the fact that I'm a 32 year old white MALE on my profile and send me the survey anyway."

I always do the surverys. They limit it to 1 per month, but I always change tellers so they don't notice 😛

For Burger King, I'll do the survey, get my discounted meal, then on the back of the new reciept, I'll do another one. Its been going on for a few months now. I love $2.50 meals!

I hear you, it sure beats $6.50 meals which is the average full price amount with tax for a premium sandwich, large fries and drink.

I currently own a 42" Plasma screen that my ex won by filling out a survey using the code from the back of a target reciept.

Does anyone actually win those types of surveys [ie: "we're giving away $1000.00 a day to a random person for answering this survey! You could be next!"]

petsmart gives a $5 off coupon for completing their surveys. Not bad for 5 minutes of your time.

I only got a $3 coupon, but $3 is $3 so I can't complain.
