Err, what the heck is a "logon" ? I understand the term as used as a verb, to authorize and obtain entry into an otherwise restricted-access computer system.. but I've never heard it used as noun before.

Not to mention, person writing those terms, doesn't know how to spell, they would never be upheld legally, if only just because of that.

I like the clauses in terms 4 and 5 though:
"The terms and conditions stated in this document may become out-of-date. These terms and conditions may be altered at any time without notification to the reader." "By using this logon screen, you state you you have read all of the terms and conditions stated in this document, that you understand all of the terms and conditions stated in this document, and that you agree to accept all of the terms and conditions in this document."

Never seen that kind of verbiage in an attempted adhesion contract. Does that mean that he could change to state that you owed him your car, computer, or other values, without ever notifying you, and you would be held legally accountable? HA!

"you are aware that you may be braking law in your country"

What law is that? The law of gravity and/or inertia? "braking" indeed.

Thanks for the laugh. :)
