When a male compliments a woman then yes I think he's really saying I want to knock the bottom out of that. When a woman does it to a man I think most of the time she's simply complimenting and there isn't much else behind it.

I notice lots of things.. eyes, shoes, purses, hair, clothes so if it looks good on them or works well with their appeal I'll let em know.

Gorgeous eyes.. .. get your hair done? thats really cute.. ..new purse? nice style.. ..shoes look great on you.. ..cute dress accents you really well.. ..

just some of the usuals.. .. I work with a ton of middle age to slightly older 35-55 year old women and would compliment them the same I would a 22yr old. Now if im interested of course I'll be much more obvious.. ..heh

No. I compliment women sometimes but I do it to make them feel better about themselves and/or put a smile on their face. Too many women have self-esteem issues.
