Saw this article on Yahoo today about boyfriends reacting to their ladies being catcalled.

Got me thinking though, is this really that pervasive?
I only know one guy who used to do it as a joke in his younger years. He was a dumber than a bag of hammers anyway. Don't think I've ever witnessed it just walking around town. Most folks barely talk to each other in this city.
Not saying women are lying when they claim they're being harassed. Plenty of pigs out there. But I get the feeling that the media is blowing things grossly out of proportion.
