Do Wireless Routers have normal CAT-5 ports?

I was looking into setting up a small router at my college in my room, so that I could have my laptop and desktop on the internet at the same time. Do the wireless routers out there also have "wired" ports so that I would not have to get a wireless PCI card for my desktop? My laptop has a wireless card in it, which is why I am asking.

Yes, as far as i know, they all do (and i've handled well over a dozen different wireless router models).

They do except if they state that they are Wireless Access Points (WAPs) instead of Wireless Routers.
