They were an interesting novelty when they first became a "thing". They're also better when home made. Pour a bunch of cheap wine into a tub with lots of fruit, and a bit of juice, and it makes a good summer party drink. You can grab a cup of wine, and snack on the fruit. Tastes good on a hot day.

A good home made Sangria is most excellent.

I can honestly say I've never had a cooler of any sort. Then again I'm neither a college sorority girl or a flamboyantly gay gentleman.

From the people I know, it was their first drink. No one really drinks it anymore past high school.

Does Mike Hard Lemonade count as wine cooler? Those taste good once in awhile.

I'm a hard liqueur drinker and it takes a lot and I mean a lot to make me tipsy. Shit, I ain't never been drunk! Medically I guess I was but I didn't act like an asshole and have slurred speech and all that shit. Pussy wine cooler ain't shit! LMFAO!

They did when I was 17, last one I had was at 25. It was gross, couldn't "feel" it after 2 of them. So no, my answer is no.
