Do windows updates need to be installed in a certain order on MCE in order to get rollup 2 to work?

I just reinstalled Windows MCE this weekend and loaded all the updates. After which it still listed my version as windows media center 2002. And because of this I can not get MCE to connect to my 360.

I think I recall having this problem before, but don't remember how I fixed it. I think it had something to do with .net 1.0 updates, but I could be wrong. Any help?
 
Yeah I knew you needed .net 1.1 to install rollup 2, but you can install them all at the same time, maybe I should just do criticals first, then get rollup 2
