Apparently some idiots in a board room have decided to reboot Spiderman even though the last one is only five years old.

This movie interests me about as much as learning how to play Cricket.

I hope this new Spiderman movie makes $15,000 at the box office so whoever is funding these pitiful efforts just stops.

This even feels worse than when that last hulk movie came out after the one with Jennifer Connelly in it five years prior.

Looks better than the other Spiderman movies. Also features an altered origin story more in line with one of the comic lines.

Also they have to keep making Spiderman movies or the license goes back to Marvel, so don't expect this to stop.

And it seems more accurate to the personality of Peter Parker in the comics, and he has webshooters that he makes and not the lame organic ones.

1) The Edward Norton Hulk was much better than the Jennifer Connelly The Incredible Hulk; and
2) After the last Sam Raimi Spiderman movie the series needed to be rebooted to continue.

Torn. As a comic book nerd I like this (much better casting ... and Gwen Stacy instead of MJ as the leading lady!), but I also would really prefer the license go back to Marvel so they can actually do it right (ala the Edward Norton 'Hulk').

Marvel hasn't had a misstep for me in their productions, whereas everything else using their licensed characters.... yikes.
