Do we need to put up with this kind of abuse?

You've been a member for less than one day and your asking to silence a member of 6 years? I suggest going outside immediatly, the fumes from those leaking caps must be toxic...

LOL, why can't you be like AntecCSR and stay in the background until called upon?

If you really are an Antec rep your boss should revoke your forum posting privledges.
 
If he is telling the truth, then I see no need to do anything. However, if he is spreading misinformation, then maybe you should try to clarify things in that thread, not bring it into forum issues.
 
eh, GY seems to have some burning hatred for antec (turned down for employment maybe?) and as a poster in that thread says he defintely has a smear campaign going on. what fuels it? who knows, but it does get old after awhile.
 
I tend to IGNORE posts that seem fanboyish or illogical. If his posts seem trolling to you just PM a mod and let them decide his fate. Outside of that you'll have to defend your favorite brand if it bothers you that much.

It's like he works for an AEG-type of agency...
 
Things that make you go hmm... New member, default avatar, profile hidden, just happens on a thread slamming Antec, knows enough to complain in Forum Issues about a specific member, hollers about abuse. Sounds suspiciously like a second identity.
 
GY has a valid point based on what he lists as his big issue. Smell the ozone and know what he means.

This is the thread in question. Toward the end of this thread I quote you AntecTechLevel4. You state, "All the NeoHE Power Supplies use iether the Matsushita or jun Fu & Rulycon capacitors." Then 13 minuets later you edit your post to state "Runycon and Nippon Chemicon exclusively." So which is it AntecTechLevel4?? You might consider getting Level5 or 6 into this deal 😉

Rulycon indeed :laugh: it is known that Rulycon is a cheap Chinese knock-off of the most highly respected RubyCon.


I will be looking forward to a open, nekked look at these new units. We will see how they test and I will be ready to amend my attitude. I see Antec as a marketing company, not a designer or builder of product and as such yous guys $queeze the OEM.

In the above thread you did not address the use of Fuhjyyu caps in the CWT built Antecs. What's that about?? Just putting the best foot forward?

Anti-AEG?

Anyway, GY - it does seem you're a bit harsh on Antec PSUs. I understand that you've probably had a few bad run-ins, but that doesn't mean that when they work, they work well.
