PORTLAND (KRON) — An intoxicated Oregon man who was masturbating in public view was fished out of the Willamette River by emergency crews after he suddenly fell into the water.

Oregon City police received a call of a naked adult male masturbating last Saturday at about 2:17 p.m.

Responding officers spotted 31-year-old Ernest Michael Kirk naked and sitting on the edge of the cliff bank about 75 feet below. He was just a few feet from the water.

He appeared to be under the influence of some type controlled substance, police said.

According to police, Kirk continued to masturbate in front of police officers on scene for several minutes while they requested assistance from the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Marine Unit.

The man fell into the river and was rescued by Oregon City Police Officers and Deputies from the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office Marine unit. Kirk was pulled onto the boat and taken to a Portland area hospital for medical evaluation.

Kirk was booked into the Clackamas County Jail for Felony Public Indecency, Harassment, and a parole violation out of Clackamas County. See photo below under Kirk.

I live near Portland. On that note I found out not long ago my ex was arrested for masturbating in public in Portland. She started doing drugs and living on the streets. She was a crazy before and a terrible person (I was young and she was hot, give me a break), but I hope she got help and doesn't end up dead.
