I forget how we've done it in the past. Do governemnt agencies, businesses, and summer school students all get the 4th of july off?

Sigh, there's no 4th of July here... But there is a holiday on July 1st on the celebration (if that's what you'd call it) of Hong Kong returning to China back in July 1st, 1997... So no work for me that day, my first day of work is gonna start on Tuesday...kinda nervous for it... :)
