Logan Square/Avondale neighborhood of Chicago.

The semi was stuck when I got out to my car around 11. Apparently he'd been there since early in the morning. There was actually a Cherokee trying to help pull him free. While digging out my car, my little brother (in the Ford) came by my place to see if I needed any help. Since I didn't, he decided he'd try to get the semi moving. They tried once and the rig wouldn't budge. Dug out some more snow from under the wheels and chipped away at some ice that had frozen the rig to the street and then tried a second time, which this video is.

And if you watch carefully, there's a Chicago cop sitting at the intersection...he waved them through
