Do u think the Soltek SL-86SPE/L is a good mobo?

I'm running one right now and quite frankly I wish I'd gone with Abit or Asus. Soltek still hasn't put out a BIOS revision and I'm pretty sure at least two problems I'm having right now are BIOS related (limited overclocking and a 30 second boot delay).
