Do u think the Soltek SL-86SPE/L is a good mobo?

i needed a mobo that supports SATA, and can connect an additional 4 IDE devices. Also, it supports hyperthreading with a P4 Northwood 2.4ghz im gonna get. Do u think its a good mobo? Here's a link for it on sale at newegg

don't let 4 IDE limit your choices, you can always get an Abit IS-7 plus a Promise 133TX2 for 2 more IDE ports.

I'm running one right now and quite frankly I wish I'd gone with Abit or Asus. Soltek still hasn't put out a BIOS revision and I'm pretty sure at least two problems I'm having right now are BIOS related (limited overclocking and a 30 second boot delay).
