Do u think "Soltek SL-86SPE/L" is a good mobo?

I was thinking of getting a Soltek SL-86SPE/L along with a new intel pentium northwood i was going to get. It supports hyperthreading, which i wanted to do with my CPU and mobo, and it has SATA, for the new hd im getting... another biggy was that i wanted to be able to hook up 2 SATA hd's, and be able to hook up 4 additional ATA devices. Here's a link for it on sale at newegg. I kno its purple, but other than the color, is it a good mobo?
