Do two 256 DDR DIMMS take more voltage to run at cas 2 and/or higher bus than one stick?

I have been recently experimenting with overclocking my 1.33GHz and I have 512 megs of crucial cas 2.5. I was wondering if having two DIMMS of ram is holding me back on higher FSB speeds @ CAS 2. I already had to up the DDR voltage one step to get them to work CAS 2 at 133FSB and I think these may be holding back my overclock to higher FSB speeds.

I'm at *cough*work*cough* right now so I don't exactly remember what I'm running but something like 141 FSB at about 1480 I believe.

Anyone have any other settings I can tweak to get more speed? I have an Epox 8K7A.

Also, is it better to run at a higher clock speed with less aggressive memory settings than a lesser speed with fastest memory settings?
