Is it the Monoprice jacks or toolless Ethernet jacks in general that suck? I bought some a while back and had major issues with them, so now I just buy the punch down ones and they work great. Ironically I don't even have the proper high quality punch down tool. I've just been using the plastic tools that came free inside the package of some jacks I bought years ago. These tools are only supposed to be used a few times then discarded, but I've gone through a few dozen jacks with them. Still way better results than with the Monoprice.com tool-less jacks.
Are other tool-less jacks any better?
