Do those electro pad devices really help stimulate/develop muscle growth

I've been seeing a lot of advertisements for those devices. Anyone know if they really work?

i dont know, ive seen those commercials, and those things do scary looking stuff to your muscles. it makes it like jiggle and wiggle all over, maybe id do it to a certain muscle though...oh it's not a muscle is it?

seriously though, i dont know if they really work or not.

I remember watching a old Bruce Lee flick were he was working out in a gym and using something similar to what they have on those commercials. Seems like it might be something to it but I cant say for sure.

They used something similar to those when I was in physical therapy to rebuild my Quadriceps(atrophied from knee surgery), but I had to do a lot of work too.

In and of themselves they are not meant to build muscle. They are meant to stimulate muscles and massage muscles.

If they actually worked.. I'd think they'd catch on pretty quick.. but no... they don't work. if you want to build muscle, hit the Gym.
this is kind of like those internal antennas for cell phones... they are a bunch of crap.
