heres my setup:
Computer A(winME) &amp; Computer B(Win98se) -> Hub <- Server(Win2kPro) -> Cable Modem
 
I tried the one that increases the default recieve window size. I got quite a bit of corrupted downloads after it so I changed it back. Win98 has half the size of WinMe though, so if I was back to 98 I would try doubling it to the size of WinME's.
