It helps work your abs...but don't expect 6 pack in a week. 6 packs aren't easy to come buy.

The problem is even if you have rock abs, they will not show if your body fat is to high. So loose weight first and then move on to working the muscles.

I know I have gone from 270 to 175 and am pretty tone, no major ripples mind you but better than the average person today.

make sure you get ones with non-disposable pads. those cost like.. $30 on eBay as opposed to the other $15-20 ones.

I have one, it sort of works, but i kinda gave up, i think doing 10 min. of situps a day is better, but then again it's a lot easier to post on ATOT and wear that belt thing.

Disposable pads wear out after like 3-4 times i think, not quite sure, look on a few review sites for which ones are and aren't.

best way to get a six pack is to RUN. or in my case, ride around in a new bicycle :)

Oh yea, I've also seen alot of people who think that working your stomach helps if you have a gut. 100% not true. All you are doing is working the muscles underneath the fat. Go out and RUN. Then work the abs after the fat is gone.
