Do they sell nissan skylines in the united states?

Nope but Motorex imports them and legalizes them from Japan.

I think you mean R34. The R35 is not out yet.
Something people seem to confuse a lot is that there are two DIFFERENT models. Skyline and Skyline GT-R. The new Skyline is available right now as the Infiniti G35. Nissan is dropping the "Skyline" part of the GT-R so the next model will simply be called Nissan GT-R.

Got out and drive a G35 coupe, that'll give you an idea.

The G35 here in the US is nothing like the R34, R33, R32 models in japan. The G35 is a V-6, rear wheel drive, tuned down wimp compared to the japan-spec R34 (as well as the R33, R32 models). The R34 GT-R skyline in comparison comes stock with the RB26DETT (a beefly V-6 with twin-turbos). The R34 would destroy a US spec G35 on the track any day of the week. I highly doubt the US will bring the japan spec skyline over anytime soon. Motorex sells them used for mid to high 80k range, but in japan you can buy a brand new model from nissan for about 30-35k less! Subaru just did it with the STi, so lets hope Nissan follows suit...but im not getting my hopes up.
