Do they sell Landcruisers in the US?

Yes.

They changed the name to be more politically correct in the US, here they're known as "FluffyBunnyHaulers" and they're all painted green.

In an attempt to placate the tree huggers here, they modified the warning bells & chimes as well as the navigations system with Al Gore's voice.

Yeah, they've sold them for a long time. They aren't the biggest SUV Toyota sells here, but they are probably the most capable.
 
Yeah Land Cruisers have been in the US for many, many years. For 2008 the Land Cruiser is going to get a redesign IIRC.

THe 'Cruisers sold in the US are only the top luxury models. Toyota doesn't sell any of the more useful trim lines that the rest of the world gets.

I guess the FJ Cruiser is an exception to that though....
