Do they sell boxers with no elastic band but a drawstring instead?

my grandpa has something against elastic bands (he cuts them off the top of his socks)... my mom is visiting him and he requested some elasticless underwear... old style i guess. does anybody make these any more?

I don't know of any company that sells any. Elastic bands are a lot more effective than a drawstring on b0x3rs... I'm just guessing.

I have a pair of Pierre Cardins that have a drawstring....but they also have the elastic.....

I sleep in a pair of large "shorts" usually a plaid pattern. They have a bunched-elastic waistband AND a drawstring that ties outside. They also have a single-button-fly. I call them "sleepytime shorts." :eek: They are comfortable as all heck AND Mr. Happy doesn't fall out due to the button fly. :) If I sleep in regular boxers, Mr. Happy goes wandering....very uncomfortable.

check department store websites. They do still make boxer briefs that have drawstrings.
