do they make those filters that block lcd screens from other angles for 20 in lcd?

i got me one of those 20 in dell lcds and want to block other people from seeing what i am seeing.

i want to be the only one able to see the screen from in front.
 
I know what you're talking about but aren't those things super expensive?

I did a quick search and couldn't find any for a 20" LCD. Looks like 3M only makes them for 18" LCDs and smaller.
