Do they make desk elbow pads?

My arms go numb when i sit at school and type my notes.... Do they make elbow pads? Am i doing something wrong?

Yes they do, but at this point you're looking in the sports accessory or medicine realm etc, such as elbow sleeves.

Here is a quick search at dickssportinggoods.com and they have many to peruse through, mostly for hockey players tho, but a few good possibilities. (If a sleeve is too long, it might be able to be trimmed as well.)

they ask make gel elbow things, like those wrist supports they have u put in front of your keyboard or mouse, well they make the same thing for your elbow...i never knew who would actually use one, there is one that gets thrown around our office on a regular basis

Somehow the way i sit at these desks at school, my arms go totally numb.

i'm always wearing holes in my dress shirts at the elbow of my left arm. I presume it's because of the way I sit and type at my L-shaped desk.

Even now, my left arm is resting on the desk.
