Do they make a 256mb 9800pro AIW?

I know, they are already raping you on the price of the 128mb cards, why waste even more money 😛
 
AIW usually = $100 more on flagship chips. So that means what? $499 for 256MB 9800 Pro, tack on AIW, $599? I seriously doubt there is a large enough market for such a product and therefore we won't see one anytime soon.
