you can get a flat rate global priority envelope...

edit: actually, I don't think they have a flat rate gp envelope

They have flat-rate global priority envelopes or boxes depending on your post office. Problem is not every country accepts global priority.

sure they do... $5 for the small one... I always ask ppl to use that when they mail me smallish stuff like RAM or compact flash or a cable etc

gets to Europe in about 4-5 days - which is pretty cool for 5 bucks...!

$5 for the small one, or $10 for the normal sized carrier envelope. Note that unlike regular flat rate envelopes that have unlimited weight restriction, there is a restriction of 4 pounds for flat rate gp.
