Like in Canada and Europe? I don't think I have ever heard or read anything about it in other countries.

Just curious, NOT TRYING TO START A FLAME WAR.

There are few countries that are as racially enlightened as the US.

I guess most countries figure minorities can handle it on their own. How little they know.
