do these temps seem high?

I built a new machine recently and was unsure if these temps were normal. I have about a 40C ambient case temp according to speedfan.

Intel e6850 @ 3.0ghz
thermaltake big typhoon cooler 120MM fan
Kingston 2GB ddr2-800
MSI P35 Neo
Antec Case, 2x80mm intakes and 1x120mm exhaust.
Logitech G15 gaming keyboard
Logitech MX510 mouse
Samsung 22" LCD
XFX 8800GT Alpha Dog Edition 512mb
250GB Western Digital Velociraptor

The temps posted are full load running prime 95 or 3dmark06. The MSI temp monitoring program wants to shut the computer down and is beeping like crazy, but from what i've read these temps are relatively normal?

do u have the gpu fan spun up? u ought to b able to drop the gpu temp, i would think... but it will probably be a bit noisier...
