you're fine, your latency is fine.

originally it appeared that your latency was spiking quite a bit. I wouldn't worry about it, speed tests are pointless.

i was only checking b/c i've had the worst cable service all month...within the last two weeks, i haven't had cable for 5/14 days, and today alone, my connection has dropped at least 15 times, each time requiring AT LEAST a two minute modem power cycle (powering off).

at any rate it's on their end and there's not a thing you can do about it.
