Hi folks,
I haven't built a PC for about 6 years and I'd really appreciate if you could check my list of components.
I did my best to research everything but the ram compatibility requirements for the Ryzen did my head in- so I thought I'd get your advice.
I'm not going to overclock and I just need a system that will run games like Total Warhammer 2 @ 1440p at high or ultra settings.
In the short term I'll be using my GTX 760 gpu while I see what happens with the new Radeon releases.
I didn't go with the Ryzen 3600 as I'm working to a budget and the 2600 was on special.
I'm waiting for the new MSI Max boards to arrive so I'll have the option to upgrade to 3rd gen Ryzen later (or are there boards out now that don't need to be flashed?)
The 860 EVO was super cheap and was getting good reviews not long ago.
I was looking at G-Skill ram initially but the Kingston is on the MSI QVL lists whereas the cheap G-Skill wasn't (though I guess it would probably work).
I'd have gone with another case but the Bequiet was a good deal (equivalent to about USD 65 including shipping).
Can you see any issues with putting these components together?
